Abstract:
Organizational actorhood is closely tight to institution of management and leadership. Mutual observation and imitation processes already took place among different national systems .Global horizon for comparison and competition among individual universities has been recently established by globalization. The diffusion of a globalized model of the university is not only driven by construction and observation process within the sector of higher education. The university in fact seems to be inherently globalized institution. Universities are being transformed, with a new emphasis on the organizational level as an important and independent level of decision-making. Higher education institutions must be given autonomy to manage their internal affairs, but with this autonomy must come clear and transparent accountability. The very idea that university is in need of admission statement is based on generally available concepts in organizational management.
Universities are prime examples of organizations which routinely adapt to external expectations without necessarily transformed them directly into organizational change.
It is clear that entrepreneurship engagement is a rapidly expanding and evolving aspect of higher education that requires proper support and development. It will provide inspiration for those in higher education seeking to expand and improve their entrepreneurship teaching and knowledge-transfer activities, and for policy makers who wish to provide appropriate support initiatives and frameworks.
Entrepreneurship Education seeks to provide student with the knowledge, skills and motivation to encourage entrepreneurial studies in a variety of setting.
