Abstract:
In terms of the current challenges the sector of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is vital for the development of innovation and the generation of an effective competitive environment. Proactive actions towards PPP create a favorable environment and form successful partnerships between science, government and business, through which different types and ranges of innovation can be implemented. The relationship between research organizations that contribute to the development of new research business allowing absorption of new products and services, and the government, which is pursuing a policy of promoting entrepreneurship and creating new jobs, guarantee for building a dynamic and competitive society of a new type.
This article aims to present a new framework of cooperation between PPP and entrepreneurship that encourages innovation in SMEs and influence economic growth of every society.
